Library

Our library contains approximately 300 reference books for members. These can be checked out to be used at home.  Many books contain patterns that are helpful to get your creative talents flowing.  Also great for beginning carvers to read about different carving styles and techniques.

Classes & Instruction

Our club actively helps and encourages new carvers by mentoring them with an experienced carver.  In addition, each year outside instructors are brought in to teach various seminars to benefit our carvers and expand their skills.

Community Involvement

Each year the club members donate their time to provide educational carving demonstrations for our community. This has included demos at the Rogers Historical Museum, care facilities, and making and donating carved walking sticks for The Wounded Warrior Project.

Woodcarving Shows

Woodcarving Shows provide the opportunity to share our caring talents and interests with the community as well as fellow carvers. Judged competition is popular with our carvers so we can demonstrate our skills and display what can be created out of a piece of wood.  It is always great to see what fellow carvers from other clubs are doing.  Our club members always come home with lots of ribbons and accolades.
